A religious man is on top of a roof during a great flood. A man comes by in a boat and says "get in, get in!" The religious man replies, " no I have faith in God, he will grant me a miracle."

Later the water is up to his waist and another boat comes by and the guy tells him to get in again. He responds that he has faith in god and god will give him a miracle. With the water at about chest high, another boat comes to rescue him, but he turns down the offer again cause "God will grant him a miracle."

With the water at chin high, a helicopter throws down a ladder and they tell him to get in, mumbling with the water in his mouth, he again turns down the request for help for the faith of God. He arrives at the gates of heaven with broken faith and says to Peter, I thought God would grand me a miracle and I have been let down." St. Peter chuckles and responds, "I don't know what you're complaining about, we sent you three boats and a helicopter."

So the next person you're intimate with, practice giving all your passion to them with the techniques of intimate touch. Be gentle, be firm, be tentative, be present and laugh and bite and lick and massage and feel her whole being respond adoringly to your love and sensual touch. Go for it. Do it on the dance floor. If someone welcomes you to dance with them, touch their neck, trace their face with your fingers light, touch and stroke their hands, place your lips lightly on their neck and let them feel your breath. Close your eyes and really feel their movement against your body's movement.
Prose | Bukky Fehintola | "An Email about Association"

I had bad anxiety in my second year of university, and quite bad anxiety in my final year, and I've been recovering ever since, that's why I've been chilling and not working much. But its been a journey, its taught me about the nature of fear and the nature of myself as a human with my mind body and soul. I can feel the anxiety slowly leaving my body and mind, soon I'll be totally good, but the important part is that the process is underway because the understanding of my state has come.

So heres some of my opinion on the nature of myself...

Theres me (my awareness/soul/spirit) theres my thoughts and theres my body. Thoughts are your conditioning, and when these thoughts are there they bring emotions with them.

So I've had anxious thoughts and anxious emotions in my body. But the thoughts aren't as simple as language thoughts, they are a reaction. So theres a situation and then the reaction. My anxiety works by having the anxiety in my body which I hate, and then subsequently react to, in an anxious way, which creates a self perpetuating cycle which means I'm always a little or alot anxious.

That is pure conditioning, which we all have in different forms, mine was just mainly anxious. We're like computers with different programming/wiring.

One question is, how do I get certain conditioning, and how do I then leave conditioning behind, which does not suit me.

The answer seems to be association. When we associate ourselves with, actually, absolutely anything, that thing becomes a part of us, it becomes like a program in our computer, in ourselves.

The next question is,  whats this association? What is its nature? It's where one is in a reactive relationship with something. If one can not observe something such as a thought or emotion without reacting to it, one has an association with it. Even if one reacts in a way which says "no, that's not me, I don't like that", then there is still an association, and there is also a creation. You have created another association, a "no, that's not me, I don't like that" association with that very reactive thought.

The key to disassociation, to unconditioning, is non reaction, is letting things be. So even if your filled with horrible things, like bad thoughts and emotion, the only way to be free of those things is by that process of non association/reaction - by letting things be. So theres a thought, and instead of ignoring it, or saying "stay away from me you bad thought", and creating a new problem/thing in yourself, you say "OK, that's cool, you are as you are". You let it be. You watch it, you let it be itself, whether it is bad or good or whatever, but it is. It has nothing to do with you, it is like it is its own life, so reacting to it makes it part of you. When you look at something inside yourself, like thought and emotion, and you feel and experience it, you can decide whether to have it as part of yourself or not, by whether you associate or not.

So that's me for now, I'm leaving behind what i don't need :)

Prose| Gavin Sandhu | "Success Part 2"

You must take responsibility for your happiness and your unhappiness, your successes and your failures, your good times and your bad times. All too often we choose to claim the successes and blame the failures on others or other circumstances. When you stop blaming, however, you can take that energy and redirect it to focus on shaping a better situation for yourself. Blaming only ties up your energy. Imagine roping all the energy into a positive effort.

Some ideas to make this happen: believe, believe and believe, Have unwavering faith in yourself, for good and bad. Make the decision to accept the fact that you create all your experiences. You will experience successes thanks to you, and you will experience pain, struggle, and strife thanks to you. Sounds a little strange, but accepting this level of responsibility is uniquely empowering. It means you can do, change, and be anything. Stumbling blocks become just that, little hills to hop over.

Take no less than 100% responsibility . Successful people take full responsibility for the thoughts they think, the images they visualise, and the actions they take. They don’t waste their time and energy blaming and complaining. They evaluate their experiences and decide if they need to change them or not. They face the uncomfortable and take risks in order to create the life they want to live.

Stop complaining . Look at what you are complaining about. I’m tired. I can’t get out of debt. I won’t ever get a better job. I’ll never find a soulmate in life. Really examine your complaints. More than likely you can do something about them. They are not about other people, other things, or other events. They are about you.

Make an immediate change. Are you unhappy about something that is happening right now? Make requests that will make it more desirable to you, or take the steps to change it yourself. Making a change might be uncomfortable for you. It might mean you have to put in more time, money, and effort. It might mean that someone gets upset about it, or makes you feel bad about your decision. It might be difficult to change or leave a situation, but staying put is your choice so why continue to complain? You can either do something about it or not. It is your choice and you have responsibility for your choices.

Pay attention. Looking to others for help and guidance is helpful, but don’t forget to stay tuned in to yourself—your behaviour, attitude, and life experiences. Identify what’s working and what isn’t. If you need to, write it all down. Then face the truth and take action for the long term . You have to be willing to change your behaviour if you want a different outcome. You have to be willing to take the risks necessary to get what you want. If you’ve already taken an initial step in the right direction, now’s the time to plan additional steps to keep moving you forward, faster.

Isn’t it a great relief to know that you can make your life what you want it to be? Isn’t it wonderful that your successes do not depend on someone else? So if you need just one thing to do different today than you did yesterday, make it this: commit to taking 100% responsibility for every aspect of your life. Decide to make changes, one step at a time. Once you start the process you’ll discover it’s much easier to get what you want by taking control of your thoughts, your visualisations, and your actions.
